For the 2020 - 2021  year

April 2020 was the start of the Coronavirus pandemic and the closure of club for 4 months during which time we kept in touch with the children and families on SCCYP's Private Facebook page.

Finally things are starting to return to a little normality and we are able to open for summer play scheme from 3rd August.  This will be a phased return following the Government and the National Youth Agency guidelines, we will only be able to work with a maximum group size of 15 until further notice.  Plans will be on the Facebook page and you must book places for the activity your child wants to participate in. Many thanks for your patience during these difficult times.

All children must be registered  you can do this by bringing your child along and completing the reg form

All children under 8 years old must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian

SCCYP is an open access playscheme

If you wish your child to stay on the premises you must explain to them that you do not allow them to leave

All trips outside the scheme have limited numbers if your child is in club when forms go out they will be offered a place as long as the trip is suitable for them most trips are free of charge  but occasionally we may charge a very small cost if funding does not cover complete cost.

We have a behaviour policy at SCCYP and can stop your child attending at anytime if they are continually disrespective to others, however unless the incident is very serious your child will be given a warning (maximum of 3 warnings in the month).

We are as inclusive as we can possibly be and will always welcome children with disabilities whenever possible.
